Role Summary

• Active sales and targeted acquisition of new customers of high-quality wood pellets as an environmentally friendly fuel
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative marketing and advertising strategies
• Support with precise calculations and continuous market observation
• Conscientious monitoring of order entry and on-time deliveries in close cooperation with scheduling
• Invoicing and processing administrative tasks in cooperation with the goods dispatcher
• Processing of complaints and solution-oriented customer service
• Active support of the scheduling team

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
• Interest in the wood pellet sector is desirable, ideally combined with a passion for sustainable energy sources
• Experience in telephone customer acquisition and strong communication skills
• Solid business knowledge for sound advice
• Confident use of MS Office applications and technical affinity
