Role Summary

Your exciting tasks

As a sales consultant in the field, you are an expert advisor on all aspects of agriculture for our customers.

You sell the extensive BayWa product range in your sales area.

Maintain your customer relationships with creativity and commitment. Through your convincing manner, you will win new customers for our company and thus further expand our market position.

As a sales consultant, you create tailor-made offers that you track and process sustainably.

You always have an eye on what is happening on the market and the competition and you want to achieve the agreed sales goals. You will also receive support from your colleagues at the location.

At trade fairs and events you present the latest agricultural products with a lot of enthusiasm and heart.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• You have an agricultural degree or commercial and/or agricultural training or comparable training/experience.
• You are a passionate salesperson m/f/d and enjoy active customer contact.
• As an agricultural sales consultant, you know the target group of farmers, have in-depth agricultural knowledge and ideally have experience from the agricultural industry.
• You also impress with your confident appearance, are very communicative and your arguments are convincing.
• You enthusiastically sell our agricultural product range, such as fertilizer and seeds.
