Responsibilities

• Customer advice and sale of building materials to our private and business customers
• Offer creation, tracking and order processing
• Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
• Support of the field sales consultant
• Customer follow-up
• Complaint processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Product and application knowledge in the range of building materials, especially in the area of building construction
• Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
• Independent, responsible, team-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office knowledge, SAP would be desirable
