Employee customer advisor insurance (m/f/d) in bank sales – lateral entry possible

Role Summary

Bank sales at R+V means

You are part of a strong network of Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and R+V and advise existing customers of the partner banks on insurance and pension issues.

In your role as a permanent customer advisor (m/f/d), you will support customers with important financial and pension issues, work closely with the bank teams and R+V colleagues on site and be regularly present in various bank branches in your region.

Become part of our team in the regions of Gießen, Wolfhagen, Korbach, Frankenberg, Bad Hersfeld, Alsfeld, Büdingen, Lauterbach, Dillenburg, Biedenkopf!

Onboarding experience: Depending on your level of knowledge, you go through our proven qualification program to become an IHK-certified insurance brokerage specialist (m/f/d) and thus quickly find your area of responsibility.

Advice design: You recognize what our customers need in the areas of insurance and pension provision, give them comprehensive advice and then develop suitable insurance and pension solutions.

Customer service life: You look after the existing customer base of the partner banks, prepare discussions before and after and successfully implement your advice with sales. You remain a reliable contact for your customers.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Sales experience and strong customer orientation
• Good communication and confident demeanor
• Structured work and good self-organization
• Driving license class B and a vehicle
