Electrician / MSR technician building automation (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Together with our team, you support the safe and smooth running of the supply and security infrastructure in the building control centers

You will receive comprehensive training in the supply and electrical systems as well as fire alarm and access control systems, so that you will be able to quickly identify and correct malfunctions

With your trained and critical eye, you analyze the control and regulation systems of building automation and specifically optimize their parameters for efficient operation

• Together with the team, you manage and commission external service providers and service companies, thereby promoting smooth building operations
• You maintain careful documentation for complete filing and carry out the processing of maintenance, repair and maintenance measures
• Thanks to long-term scheduling with plenty of advance notice, you can enjoy a reliable work-life balance with only a few night shifts

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an MSR technician, electrician, air conditioning or refrigeration technician forms the basis for your work in the team
• Thanks to your knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology, you will take on responsible tasks in daily operations
• Your experience in energy and supply technology will help you master challenges confidently
• Ideally, you are familiar with building automation systems such as Siemens, Honeywell or Sauter and can bring this know-how into your everyday work
• Through in-depth experience in dealing with CAFM and TGA systems as well as the routine use of MS Office programs, you design processes efficiently and reliably
• Commitment, initiative and joy in responsibility as well as a service-oriented and friendly demeanor characterize you and strengthen our team
