Role Summary

We are looking for talented reinforcements as soon as possible for the assembly and commissioning of our harbor crane systems in Hamburg.

This is what we have to do

Malfunction analysis: Analysis, diagnosis and elimination of malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical and mechanical components of our products.

Assembly and commissioning: Assembly of new devices and prototypes (e.g. gantry stackers, mobile harbor cranes, harbor crane systems) as well as commissioning using programmable logic controllers (PLC).

Functional testing: Carrying out functional tests, troubleshooting and long-term troubleshooting.

Documentation: Careful documentation of test results, damage discovered and repairs carried out.

Construction site coordination: Temporary management of construction sites at home and abroad (e.g. Bremen, Bremerhaven, Lübeck, Kiel or worldwide) as well as ensuring smooth team collaboration.

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

  • Education: Completed training as an electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics engineer or comparable electrical engineering qualification.
  • Personality: Strong communication skills, service-oriented and reliable way of working.
  • Experience: Initial practical knowledge of industrial electronics, control and drive technology, PLC or frequency converters.
  • Expertise: Basic technical understanding of electrical engineering as well as the safe use of corresponding systems and components.
  • Willingness to travel: ability to reach altitudes, valid car driving license and willingness to go on assignments abroad worldwide and good knowledge of English.
