Service technician / electrician (f/m/div.) in the regional field service for safety systems – Bochum, Essen, Siegen area

Role Summary

From voice alarms to fire detection to sensor-based solutions: thanks to our innovative technologies, we ensure that people can feel safe in buildings. And with you we are looking for someone who can implement these systems on site at the customer's location in the Bochum, Essen and Siegen area!

As a service technician, you will be responsible for the integration, commissioning and parameterization of complex systems (e.g. fire alarm systems, voice alarm systems, electro-acoustic systems, connections to the fire department, extinguishing systems), which we tailor to our customer requirements.

Thanks to your professional expertise in the field of IT/electrical engineering, the configuration and parameterization of our systems is also in your hands: You can identify deviations and take corrective action if necessary. Of course, you will also take on the technical support of our customers and leave nothing to be desired.

You manage your own small projects and always take into account all safety regulations that must be adhered to. You are valued by our customers, service providers and internal project participants as a competent contact person and support the technical staff (external service providers, subcontractors) in technical questions.

Last but not least, you will create technical documentation and take part in the regional on-call service.

Requirements

• Education: Completed training in electrical engineering or computer science or comparable
• Experience and know-how: well-founded professional experience in processing orders with a focus on safety technology, knowledge of standards and guidelines (UVV, DIN, VDE, VdS), extensive network knowledge are a plus
• Qualification: Class B driving license
• Personality and way of working: independent, responsible and cost-conscious, our customers are your top priority
• Languages: very good spoken and written German
