Role Summary

As a service and assembly technician / IT electronics technician (m/f/d) for security technology, you will be responsible for the installation, integration, configuration and commissioning of modern security solutions on site for our customers. The focus is on video surveillance and access control systems and their integration into existing IT and network structures.

Responsibilities

Your tasks at a glance

• Installation, commissioning and service of video surveillance and access control systems
• Integration and configuration of camera systems into existing video management systems (VMS)
• Integration of security components into existing IT and network environments
• Parameterization of access profiles, authorizations, readers and door components
• Carrying out functional tests, error analyzes and system optimizations
• Maintenance, service and repair work on safety systems
• Documentation of the work carried out via digital devices
• Close collaboration with project management, customers and other trades

Must-have criteria

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, information technology or IT, e.g. B. as an information electronics technician, electronics technician for information and telecommunications technology, IT systems electronics technician or comparable

• Experience installing, configuring or maintaining video surveillance, access control or security systems
• Basic knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
• Driving license class B
• German language skills at least B2 level
• Ideally, you should bring additional items with you
• Experience with video management systems such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, or comparable platforms
• Knowledge of access control systems (e.g. LenelS2 OnGuard, C•CURE, Nedap AEOS, Salto or comparable)
• Experience integrating security solutions into existing IT infrastructures
• Manufacturer certifications or product-specific training
• Independent and structured way of working
• High service and customer orientation
• Interest in new technologies and willingness to pursue professional development

To strengthen our team of experts, we are now looking for a service and assembly technician / IT electronics technician (m/f/d) for security technology.

From planning and installation to commissioning and maintenance – our experts at Securitas Technology offer an all-round service for the most modern and individual security solutions.

• 📍 Assignments in your own federal state, depending on the project, from a few days to approx. four weeks
• 🕒 Monday-Friday, no weekend work, no on-call duty
• 🚗 Start and end at home – travel time counts as working time
