• Coordination of the model-based collaboration of our planning disciplines in integral teams
• Further development of internal BIM standards and guidelines, content tools and methods
• Responsible for conducting and organizing BIM coordination meetings
• Setting up, supporting and optimizing interdisciplinary data exchange
• Communication and cooperation with builders, planners and project managers

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification, lateral entry is also possible
• Several years of professional experience in model-based project management (open & closed BIM)
• Sound knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri (or comparable software) as well as Autodesk Revit and ArchiCAD is an advantage
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Strong ability to engage in interdisciplinary exchanges with specialist planners
• Good communication skills and independent way of working
