BIM coordinator (f/m/d) – technical building equipment (TGA)

Role Summary

Do you share our belief in planning with digital building technology models and the use of the most modern planning tools? As a BIM coordinator, you ensure that data and methods mesh optimally and set new standards for quality and efficiency. In interdisciplinary teams, you design innovative solutions for complex projects - from data centers to laboratories and hospitals to hotels, housing and infrastructure.

This position is to be filled to further expand our team at our locations in Frankfurt am Main, Munich or Berlin. Please indicate your desired preference when applying.

• Control and coordination of model-based collaboration in integral planning teams
• Organizing and conducting BIM coordination meetings
• Ensuring the quality, plausibility and consistency of the TGA models
• Communication and cooperation with builders, planners and project management
• Further development of internal BIM standards, guidelines, tools and methods

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable qualification (e.g. technician), lateral entry possible
• Several years of experience in model-based planning and digital project management
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Knowledge of common coordination tools such as Revizto, Navisworks or Solibri is an advantage
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
