Role Summary

• Planning, controlling and implementing transformation projects as part of the migration from SAP HCM on-premise to cloud solutions
• Conception, implementation and continuous development of SAP HCM or Success Factors solutions according to the professional and technical requirements
• Support, administration and optimization of the productive SAP HR/SF system landscape
• Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support
• Analysis and elimination of system malfunctions as well as implementation of optimization measures
• Advice and support for departments in using SAP HR/SF applications
• Carrying out user training as well as creating and maintaining documentation
• Collaboration with internal departments as well as external service providers and project partners
• Participation in the introduction of new technologies and processes in the SAP HR environment

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment (PA, OM, PT, PY) or in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, C4C, P&G, S&D)
• Experience in transformation and migration projects, especially in the SAP HCM on-premise and cloud solutions environment (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
• Good knowledge of customizing and understanding of SAP HR processes.
• Experience in application support (2nd/3rd level) and in collaboration with specialist departments.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and high service orientation.
• Knowledge of German at native level and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
