Role Summary

Responsibilities

• analyze and optimize traffic across various digital channels
• support the development and implementation of traffic and growth strategies
• evaluate user and performance data and derive insights
• monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion and engagement
• support in identifying optimization potential on our platforms
• I work on the planning and implementation of growth measures
• support with tests and experiments to improve performance
• prepare reports and dashboards for data overview
• analyze competitors and market trends in the digital environment

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in the field of business, marketing, data, communication or comparable
• Interested in data, digital platforms and performance marketing
• analytical thinking and structured working methods
• confident handling of numbers and data
• Motivation to work and learn independently
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
