Role Summary

• Secure: Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week)

• Your task

As a clerk (m/f/d) for the work clothing area, you are responsible for the reliable organization, ordering and management of our employees' clothing, thereby ensuring smooth processes in day-to-day business.

• Coordination and ordering of work clothing for our employees
• Management of inventory and maintenance of master data for work clothing
• Monitoring delivery times, appointments and ordering processes in day-to-day business
• Coordination with our external supplier
• 5-day week (Mon–Fri)

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office management clerk, retail clerk) or initial professional experience in the office or administrative sector

• A structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Enjoy organizing and dealing with colleagues on a daily basis
• Confident use of digital tools, email, chat and telephone
