Seasonal employee car workshop / tire change (m/f/d)

Role Summary

• Fixed-term employment from October 2026 to December 2026
• If you are suitable, you have the prospect of a permanent position
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) – other working models upon request
• Minute-by-minute time recording and payment of overtime

• Your task

As a seasonal employee (m/f/d) in the automotive workshop area, you will support our team with tire changes, simple workshop work and logistical activities in day-to-day business.

• Support when changing wheels: balancing, changing, cleaning and storing wheels
• Assistance with simple maintenance and repair work
• Taking over warehouse work (accepting goods, unloading trucks, clearing away goods)
• 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system

Requirements

Physically fit and resilient (standing and walking up to 8 hours per day)

Willingness to do heavy lifting at times

Ideally, first experience in the seasonal or tire business as a tire helper, tire fitter, warehouse helper, fitter, service mechanic or vulcanizer or from comparable practical activities in the automotive and tire sector

• Good basic technical understanding
• You like to get hands-on and are interested in vehicle technology and processes
• Driving license or driving license (Class B) in Germany desirable
• Motivated student (m/f/d), pupil (m/f/d) aged 18 and over, career changer (m/f/d) or retired specialist
