Role Summary

Reporting to the site director and with the support of a technical coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth running of business transfer, documentary transfer and archiving operations in compliance with the conditions – quality/price/deadline – negotiated by the project manager.

Requirements

For this position, you have a bachelor's degree in logistics training with 3 to 5 years of experience in a "field" position as planning manager, operations agent, logistics or after-sales service or construction site coordinator, ideally in the moving sector with professionals.

You know how to manage teams on the move. Organized and rigorous, you demonstrate anticipation in your actions and responsiveness in managing hazards. You are highly aware of the security and traceability of your actions. Your sense of customer service and your availability will be assets to succeed in this position. Mastery of Excel required.

Attractive remuneration composed of a fixed base of 152 hours + payment of overtime + recovery. Status Supervisor. Location Carquefou (44).

As such, your missions are as follows

Planning of moving operations in conjunction with the project manager in compliance with Customer specifications (80% of activity)

Determination and preparation of the technical means necessary to carry out operations

Warehouse management (stocks of supplies and materials necessary for operations + Customer archiving) with punctual handling.

Management of a team of 20 people (traveling for the day)

management of suppliers and subcontractors involved in the production of the service

Participation in management meetings.
