Role Summary

You will be part of our DT (Digital Technology) GSCM (Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing) team within the Electrification business, working closely with factory business managers, digital product teams and CIOs.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting the digital transformation of warehouse operations and materials handling across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap and execution of warehouse-related digital initiatives, including mobility solutions, digital labeling and robotics.

The function requires strong leadership among DT teams, operations and external partners, in order to guarantee scalable, standardized and efficient solutions.

You will be a part of our GSCM (Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing) DT (Digital Technology) team in the Electrification business, working in close partnership with the Plant Business Leaders, Digital Product Teams and CIO's. You will own and drive the digital transformation of warehouse operations and Materials Handling across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the warehouse digital initiatives, including mobility solutions, digital labeling and robotics. The position requires strong leadership across DT, operations, and external partners, ensuring scalable, standardized, and high-performing solutions.

• Own the digital strategy, roadmap, and delivery of warehouse operations solutions across Materials Handling
• Act as the DT lead and subject matter expert for warehouse digital technologies, including RF mobility, geo localization, digital labeling, and robotics/automation
• Partner with warehouse & production leaders and global stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize opportunities, and define scalable digital solutions
• Build business cases and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility
• Lead end-to-end implementation of warehouse digital initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and expected business value
• Coordinate across DT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and integration
• Drive standardization of warehouse systems and processes across sites to enable scalable global deployment
• Oversee vendor performance and relationships for warehouse technology solutions and services
• Ensure testing, deployment, and support models are in place to deliver reliable and effective solutions
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts to maximize operational impact

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to

• Define and manage the digital strategy, roadmap and deployment of solutions related to warehouse operations in the field of materials handling
• Act as DT referent and business expert in digital technologies applied to warehouses, including RF mobility, geolocation, digital labeling, as well as robotics and automation
• Collaborate with warehouse managers, production managers and global stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize opportunities and define scalable digital solutions
• Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on their impact and feasibility
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives for warehouses, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget and expected business value
• Coordinate DT teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions
• Promote standardization of warehouse systems and processes between different sites to enable scalable global deployment
• Supervise the performance of suppliers as well as relationships with them for technological solutions and services related to warehouses
• Ensure the implementation of testing, deployment and support models guaranteeing reliable and efficient solutions
• Manage change management and user adoption actions to maximize operational impact
• Define and monitor KPIs, business value and continuous improvement opportunities for warehouse-related digital initiatives

• Proven experience with warehouse systems, including mobility solutions, warehouse execution systems and automation/robotics technologies
• Good understanding of how digital warehouse and material handling solutions interface with other systems
• Experience with systems integration concepts (API, middleware) and end-to-end data flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex operational and technical situations
• Experience in managing multiple digital initiatives simultaneously in a global environment
• Good understanding of industry trends in warehouse digitalization, including automation, IoT and smart logistics
