Virtual Member Services Associate

Role Summary

AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely, meet with clients virtually, and help make the insurance decision-making process clear and comfortable.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates with confidence, and wants a career supported by training, coaching, and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Build rapport and identify each client’s insurance needs
• Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
• Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships
• Keep organized records and complete required documentation
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning online systems and computer functions
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach
• Able to work successfully both independently and within a team
