Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for an architectural advisor for technological infrastructure solutions with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables
- Develop architectures in accordance with the methodology and reality of the organization while adapting them to the specific context of the mandates;
- Advise the various committees, project teams on technological issues, the organization's clients and public bodies for the solutions defined or to be defined;
- Carry out proofs of concept;
- Write documentation to support projects, operations and technological architecture, taking into account security and performance issues;
- Produce the documentation required for integration into operating processes with a view to putting it into production;
- Design and collaborate on architectural files and the design of technological infrastructures as well as their validation;
- Integrate the technological architecture into the organization's systems service offering;
- o Analyze interoperability solutions;
- o Identify all relevant information in order to clearly understand the scope of the mandate and establish a portrait of the needs expressed;
- Provide technological support for projects;
- Lead and coordinate workshops with internal resources associated with the targeted aspects;
- Analyze and propose corporate needs in terms of the evolution of existing technologies and the possibilities for adopting new technologies;
- Draw up a list of required technological components and produce a detailed assessment of the acquisition and implementation costs of the solution;
Produce and present the proposed solution in the form of an executive presentation to stakeholders (clients, senior management, other collaborators, etc.) and obtain final approval of the solution;
Develop the solution implementation strategy and propose a completion schedule;
The deliverables to be produced include
- Proof of concept;
- Technological architecture;
- Design file;
- Impact analysis;
- Assembly plan;
- Definition of mandate;
- Intervention plan including the list of work to be carried out, the approach pursued and the proposed schedule;
- Document presenting the implementation strategy, the detailed implementation plan and the implementation schedule;
- Project scope analysis document presenting the portrait and context of needs, the objectives of the solution;
- If required, technical opinions comparing potential technological solutions;
Architecture document presenting the target solution, a technological architecture diagram, the detailed description of the additions and modifications to be made to the organization's infrastructures, as well as the terms and rules of integration with the infrastructures in place and, if applicable, the issues and risks associated with security and performance;
Document presenting the list of technological components to be acquired, the evaluation of acquisition costs and the evaluation of the efforts to implement the recommended solution;
- Presentation of the proposed technological solution to the personnel concerned;
- Report covering some or all of the following elements: strategies, plans, cases and test reports relating to the chosen solutions;
- Report on workshops, meetings and mandate monitoring;
Requirements
- Hold an undergraduate university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields: information technology, administration, engineering, pure or applied sciences;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in architecture of technological infrastructure solutions.
WORKPLACE
The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
