Senior Business Analyst

Role Summary

TEHORA is currently looking for a senior business analyst with excellent professional skills, excellent analytical skills and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team. The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis of business needs and alignment between stakeholders and technology teams.

• Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide:
• Collect, analyze and document business needs;
• Analyze processes, irritants, objectives and operational impacts;
• Support backlog prioritization and business value clarification;
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules;
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders;
• Contribute to transition, adoption and change management strategies;
• Support the validation of solutions delivered to users;

Document decisions, issues, assumptions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in information resources;
• Significant experience in business analysis;
• Experience in web application projects or digital platforms;
• Experience in an Agile context;
• Ability to popularize and translate business needs into actionable requirements;
• Excellent communication, animation and synthesis skills;
• Business analysis and process mapping;
• Writing needs, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Animation of workshops and stakeholder management;
• Prioritization, documentation and monitoring of decisions;
• Collaboration with Product Owner and technical teams;
• Azure DevOps Boards, Jira or comparable tool;
• Experience in the public sector;
• Experience with transactional platforms or digital services;
• UX concepts, user journeys and continuous improvement;
• Knowledge of personal information protection issues;
• Contractual mandate or resource bank, depending on the client's needs;
• Mainly teleworking; availability to coordinate according to intervention requests;
