Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for a production analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables
- Participate in the design and documentation of the integration architecture (inter-system communication) according to the concepts of service-oriented architecture, in a Microsoft .Net environment;
- Participate in the development of the software architecture which is based on a so-called n-tier architecture and which deals, among other things, with access to multiple data sources, error management, collaboration patterns, logging and design patterns;
- Participate in the evolution of software rules and programming standards, notably the GUI standard, transactional scenarios and the data modeling standard;
- Establish, in his team, the development framework, including basic graphical controls, common components, test environments as well as tools relating to continuous integration, test-driven development and behavior-driven development;
- Participate, if necessary, in the review of the software architecture;
- Research and implement solutions to the blocking elements of his team and transmit to the software architecture advisor those which cannot be resolved at his level;
- As part of the development or maintenance of the software solution:
o Participate, with team members, in estimating backlog stories (product backlog);
o Carry out, in collaboration with team members, the division of stories into tasks (programming units);
o Support developers in carrying out tasks (programming units);
o Detail the business object model;
o Assist BD Administrators with data modeling;
o Create the software solution
- Perform functional and software analysis of stories;
- Produce the documentary elements required by the organization’s agile development approach;
- Carry out task programming (programming units);
- Document programming according to the organization’s norms and standards;
- Carry out unit tests;
- Actively participate in the quality of the code produced (documentation, code review, collective ownership of the code);
- Carry out the implementation of TDD test-driven development and BDD behavior-driven development;
o Ensure that good practices for object or service oriented programming are followed and respected;
o Ensure that software architecture guidelines are consistent and applied correctly within your team;
o Deliver the software solution incrementally;
o Demonstrate the results obtained at the end of each iteration;
o Maintain and develop the notion of finished;
- Participate in carrying out system tests (quotes) and inter-systems;
- Support team members responsible for Functional Integrated Inter-System (FIIS) testing;
- Support users in their acceptance tests;
- Participate in carrying out system and inter-system tests;
- Carry out the implementation and implementation of solutions;
- Any other responsibility that falls under this level of intervention;

Requirements
- Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor's degree) in the field of information technology (computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or administration SIO option) or have two (2) years of relevant experience for each year of missing schooling;
- 2.
- Have five (5) years of experience as a multi-level implementation analyst (Full-stack) in a .Net and WEB environment of a similar scale to the organization;
- Have completed one (1) project, the scope of which is more than 200 days, using web accessibility concepts and a tool to validate the quality of the code such as SonarQube;
- Have completed two (2) projects, the scope of which is more than 1000 days, in an environment using one of the agile development methodological approaches such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD or SAFE;
- Have five (5) years of experience in the use and application of at least twelve (12) of the following tools or concepts:
- software engineering concepts;
- code refactoring;
- test automation;
- continuous integration;
- continuous delivery;
- test-driven development (TDD);
- behavior-driven development (BDD);
- collective ownership of the code;
- code review;
- pair programming;
- mocking techniques;
- dependency injection;
- SOLID;
- clean code.
- Have three (3) years of programming experience in a .Net environment (C# or VB) of similar scope to Revenu Québec and have used at least three (3) of the following languages or concepts:
- Java;
- Javascript;
- AJAX;
- TypeScript;
- Bootstrap;
- JQuery;
- Angular;
- REST/SOAP;
- JSON;
- MVC;
- MVVM.
- Have written functional quotes and system and intersystem test quotes in two (2) projects whose scope is at least 1000 days; Depending on the needs and work to be carried out:
- Have two (2) years of experience in information technology as a production analyst in a context using the following concepts:
- service-oriented architecture (AOS) and microservices (AMS);
- Domain Driven Design (DDD);
- event-driven architecture (Event-Driven);
- Company bus (ESB).
