Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for an organic-PGI analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables
- Plan and orchestrate quality assurance meetings and code reviews;
- Perform component validation and ensure compliance with programming rules:
- o Ensure the application of design (MD030) and production (MD040) standards;
o Ensure compliance with Oracle development best practices.
Support and tracking of code review errors with development teams:
o Orient and guide developers in resolving code review errors;
o Use an educational approach during interventions with development teams.
Ensure the sustainability of the quality of the product chain code:
o Design and update documentation regarding code quality control;
o Disseminate, support and offer training to development teams on code quality control.
- Ensure data integrity and access control;
- o Validate data partitioning;
- o Identify sensitive information;
o Detect code vulnerabilities.
Ensure quality control of design and production deliverables (MD070, MD120, MD130, CV060);
o Validate the application configuration documents (BR100) and security documents (BR110: validate the technical design of menus and functions). Validation of access control is excluded from the work to be carried out.
Prepare a report to provide information on the progress of the work;
Collaborate in the improvement of MD030 / MD040 in order to determine the development rules to be put in place for the code review with architectural advisors and organic analysts;
Interact with teams, including during scrums, to ensure cohesion in the application of rules.
- o Inform the testing teams when code errors do not meet the required quality;
- o Inform developers of errors detected during code review and ensure they are followed up;
- o Turn to organic analysts as a resource person;
o Collaborate on improving development rules with architectural advisors and organic analysts.
The deliverables to be produced include
- Code review and approval form;
- Register of forms and errors;
- MD030 — Design standards (Participation in updating);
- MD040 — Standards of achievement (Participation in updating);
- MD070 — Technical design of application extensions;
o This document describes the technical components used by the treatments.
MD120 — Document presenting the installation sequence of the components;
MD130 — SQL Query Evaluation;
o This document makes it possible to produce the “Oracle” execution plan and to confirm that there is no unit performance problem relating to the programming code and the execution of SQL queries.
CV060 — Design of conversion programs;
BR100 — Configuration (update);
o This document is used to document application configuration settings.
BR110 — Access profiles;
Progress reports.
Requirements
- Hold an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in computer science, electronic information technology, administration or mathematics.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an organic ERP analyst or ERP analyst-programmer in an Oracle application environment.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in ERP development and maintenance projects carried out using Oracle Forms or Oracle Report or Oracle Application Framework tools with mastery of the PL/SQL and Java language in development and evolution projects in a technological environment.

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
