Technical system planner / technician (f/m/d) building technology – cost management

Role Summary

This position can be filled full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week) at our location in Cologne. Please indicate the number of hours you would like.

• Creation of quantity determinations as a basis for cost determinations in the area of building technology
• Participation in the preparation of cost calculations in the area of building technology
• Participate in monitoring cost developments to ensure compliance with the specified project budget
• Coordinate with the specialist planners regarding the planning content

Requirements

Successfully completed training as a technical system planner or technician (f/m/d) in the field of building technology (heating/air conditioning/ventilation/sanitary)

• Experience with AVA programs is an advantage
• Good knowledge of general IT applications (especially Excel) and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Excellent team and communication skills and a responsible, independent and committed way of working
