THE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM?

Our varied program consists of high-quality training in the field of leadership and sales. You will receive the necessary theoretical background and put this into practice in the store where you work every day.

The training takes place over 5 individual weeks at a nice location in Belgium and is followed by all trainees. You will spend the night here with your colleagues as part of the team building.

The program consists of five modules, each consisting of theory, role plays and group projects.

Between the modules you will be trained on-the-job by the Store Manager of your store and you will receive coaching and guidance.

The ultimate goal of the training is that you can run your own store after the traineeship!

Recruitment procedure for JYSK Belgium

We process applications on an ongoing basis. Are you eligible for the position? You will then receive two tests (logic and personality test). Do we see a potential match? You will then be invited for a job interview where we will assess your motivation.
