Then JYSK is looking for you! As a Store Manager Trainee at JYSK, you play an important role in the success of our store. You coach and motivate your team to achieve goals together and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile! 🎯

What do we have in mind for you?

🛠️ Step 1: You start as an Assistant Store Manager in one of our stores. You get to know the profession, the customers, the products and the colleagues.

🧭 Step 2: You follow an intensive training of 5 modules of 5 days each, in which you learn about KPIs, management styles, attractive stores and much more. Together with your mentor, you immediately apply this knowledge in the daily ins and outs of the store - with the aim of taking full responsibility for the store.

🚀 Step 3: Then you are ready for the next step. Store Manager? Or even District Manager? … Who knows where you will end up? (Maybe CEO? Surprise us!)

Requirements

• You have ambition and you are not afraid to make it happen. Not in the “I want to do something someday” way, but really.
• You get energy from helping your colleagues grow - their development is your drive!
• You love people: customers and colleagues. (Yes, even that tricky one.)
• A sofa or cupboard doesn't sell itself – sometimes it has to be moved. So the job is physically challenging, but you don't turn your back on that. On the contrary: you see it as an extra workout.
• You don't mind starting hands-on. Because you understand that experience on the floor is worth gold.
• ✔️ You are customer-oriented, commercial and solution-oriented
• ✔️ You are enthusiastic, flexible and hands-on
• ✔️ Physical work? You see it as an extra workout 💪
• ✔️ You have leadership skills: you know how to coach and manage people
