What are you going to do?

• Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you are the point of contact in the store. You:
• Manages your team and coaches them daily
• Monitors sales figures and draws up action plans
• Provides a customer-centric shopping experience
• Organizes recruitment, onboarding and training
• Keeps the store in tip top condition, every day
• Works on the floor and sets a good example

Requirements

• ✔️ You are customer-oriented, commercial and solution-oriented
• ✔️ You are enthusiastic, flexible and hands-on
• ✔️ Physical work? You see it as an extra workout 💪
• ✔️ You have leadership skills: you know how to coach and manage people
