Role Summary

Then JYSK is looking for you! We are looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship Store who can make a difference on the shop floor. Together with the Store Manager, you ensure that the store performs optimally, customers have a strong shopping experience and the team gets the best out of themselves every day. You are a visible point of contact for colleagues and play an important role in further developing an inspiring and successful store. 🚀

What are you going to do?

As the Store Manager's right hand, you support the daily operation of the store and actively contribute to strong sales results and a well-functioning team.

• You support the Store Manager in the daily ins and outs of the store 🛒
• You coach and motivate your colleagues on the shop floor and help them grow in their role 🎯
• You organize briefings and ensure that the team clearly knows what the priorities are 📣
• Together with your team, you commit to an excellent customer experience through advice, service and a smooth shopping experience 🤝
• You keep an overview of the daily operational operations and ensure that the store always looks neat and inspiring ✨
• You analyze results, follow up objectives and think about improvements and opportunities 🔧
• You assist where necessary: cash register, replenish stock, set up displays and process freight 📦
• You help make our Flagship Store a model store where customers like to come back and colleagues work with pride 🌟
