THE JOB CONTENT?

• As the Store Manager's right hand, you are partly responsible for optimizing the tasks in the store and for sales results
• You ensure that the store always looks tip-top and you perform the necessary routine tasks for this
• You roll out weekly campaigns to attract customers
• You radiate positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• You support the Store Manager in managing and coaching your colleagues and provide them with sales training and tips & tricks

• Is a born motivator with experience in managing and developing a team
• Has strong communication skills and finds the right words to inspire a team
• Can sell enthusiastically and becomes a true JYSK ambassador
• Feels responsible for customer service and store results

• Is able to withstand stress, keeps a cool head and provides direction when necessary
• Always strive for better results, but don't let down your head when things go wrong
• Is willing to split the weekend into 2 separate days and work on Saturdays, as that is when there are the most customers to help
• Sees himself as a future store manager and is working towards this

Recruitment procedure for JYSK Belgium

We process applications on an ongoing basis. Are you eligible for the position? You will then receive two tests (logic and personality test). Do we see a potential match? You will then be invited for a job interview where we will assess your motivation.
