Then JYSK is looking for you! As an Assistant Store Manager at JYSK, you play an important role in the success of our store. You coach and motivate your team to achieve goals together and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile! 🎯

What are you going to do?

• As the Store Manager's right hand, you are responsible for optimizing the tasks in the store and for sales results:
• You support the Store Manager in the daily ins and outs of the store 🛒
• You coach your colleagues, plan briefings and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done 🎯
• You strive for the best customer experience: advising, helping, providing service
• You keep an overview, optimize processes and think about improvements🔧
• You assist where necessary: cash register, replenish stock, set up displays, process freight
