Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for a software architecture advisor with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.

Responsibilities
Description of work or deliverables
- Research and participate in the implementation of solutions to performance problems;
- Support or guide implementation analysts with regard to the coding and construction of software components or the use of development tools used by projects;
- Develop the software architecture of the project which is based on a so-called n-tier architecture and which deals, among other things, with access to multiple data sources, error management, collaboration patterns, logging and design patterns;
- Participate in the evolution of software rules and programming standards, notably the GUI standard, transactional scenarios and the data modeling standard;
- Participate in the evolution of the development framework, in particular by identifying basic graphical controls, common components, test environments as well as tools relating to continuous integration and test-driven development;
- Carry out tests to validate new products (proof of concept);
- Revise, if necessary, the software architecture of projects;
- Research and participate in the implementation of solutions;
- Ensure the quality of the product code, monitoring and compliance with good practices in service-oriented programming;
- Ensure that software architecture guidelines are consistent and applied correctly by the production teams;
- Provide support for carrying out tests upon production (respondent) and ensure various contacts with collaborators during production;
- Design the logical and physical distribution of software components.
Requirements
- 1.Hold an undergraduate university degree (bachelor's degree) in the field of information technology (computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or administration SIO option) or have two years of relevant experience for each year of missing schooling;
- 2.Have eight (8) years of experience in the field of information technology, including five (5) years in software architecture in a technological environment of similar scale to the organization;
3.Have three (3) years of experience in at least one development project, the scope of which is more than 1000 JP, requiring mastery of at least two (2) of the following techniques/software packages:
- cutting technique;
- technique for designing common reusable and object-oriented modules;
- a web content management software package such as: Typo3.
- 4.Have two (2) years of experience in writing functional and software rules for a development framework as well as in writing software architecture files, functional quotes and system and inter-system test quotes;
- 5.Have one (1) year of experience as a software architecture advisor in one (1) project where mastery of service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts is required;
6.Have three (3) years of experience using or applying at least ten (10) of the following tools/concepts:
- software engineering concepts;
- code refactoring;
- test automation;
- continuous integration;
- continuous delivery;
- test-driven development (TDD);
- behavior-driven development (BDD);
- collective ownership of the code;
- code review;
- pair programming;
- mocking techniques;
- dependency injection;
- SOLID;
- clean code.
7.Have completed two projects, with a scope of more than 1000 days, in an environment using one of the agile development methodological approaches such as Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD or SAFE;
- Have participated in a project, the scope of which is more than 200 days, using web accessibility concepts and a tool to validate the quality of the code such as SonarQube. Depending on the needs and work to be carried out:
9.Have two (2) years of experience in information technology as an AOS software architecture advisor having developed architectures putting the following concepts into practice:
- service-oriented architecture (AOS) and microservices (AMS);
- Domain Driven Design (DDD);
- event-driven architecture (Event-Driven);
- company bus (ESB).
- 10.Have two (2 years) of experience in DevSecOps development in a cloud context (notably with Azure or AWS);
- 11.Have two (2) years of experience writing software architecture files whose ecosystem is made up of central technologies (Mainframe, COBOL, CICS) as well as .NET, JAVA, Web and cloud technologies.
- 12.Have one year of experience on an automation and process management platform focused on BPMS approaches (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM), Camunda, BonitaSoft).
