Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a senior project manager in information technology with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Responsibilities

Description of work or deliverables

  • Write project organization manuals in accordance with the current methodology, and in compliance with good practices in project management;
  • Write a work plan within the framework of the projects entrusted to him, in relation to their objectives, their scope and the expected results;
  • Define the organization to be put in place for the mandates given;
  • Determine the methodological deliverables to produce or update;
  • Ensure the integration of resources assigned to the project;
  • Enter and keep project planning up to date in the project tracking tool;
  • Collect efforts and detail deadlines and resource efforts;
  • Prepare and participate in project steering committees to ensure monitoring of the phases and activities to be carried out;

  • Organize, prepare and participate in various working committees and produce reports from these committees;
  • Produce executive summaries and diagrams required to support the decisions of project management committees;
  • Ensure the coordination and daily monitoring of the work of the production team under his responsibility;
  • Ensure coordination with other project managers responsible for projects or mandates prerequisite or impacted by the project for which he is responsible;
  • Manage outstanding points;
  • Prepare periodic monitoring reports, analyze and identify discrepancies;
  • Participate in the identification of project risks, keep a register of identified risks and monitor them;
  • In collaboration with the DRI teams, design implementation strategies and transition to service mode;
  • Formulate opinions and recommendations in relation to the project;
  • Communicate to the Project Office any element likely to have an impact on the achievement of project objectives;
  • Support and document the deliverables necessary for implementations;
  • Ensure approval of deliverables;
  • Ensure the classification of the documentation of deliverables;
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and standards;
  • Develop management indicators and update and monitor them;
  • Produce end-of-project reports;
  • Collaborate in reporting;
  • Ensure the transfer of knowledge at the end of the mandate;
  • Any other activity required and requested by the Project Office.

  • Any other deliverable required by the Project Office.

Requirements

  • Have an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in computer science or administration, or in a relevant discipline;
  • Have at least ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology;
  • Have at least seven (7) years of experience as a project management consultant;
  • Have managed, as a project manager, at least two (2) projects in the field of information technology with a minimum scope of one thousand (1,000) person days each, over the last five (5) years;
  • Have completed at least one (1) cloud computing project management mandate over the last two (2) years in an environment of comparable size to the organization;
  • Have used and mastered project management methods and tools recognized on the market, such as JIRA and/or MS-Project.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
