The Quality Business Analyst contributes to a large-scale SAP Quality Management (QM) deployment for a client in the highly regulated aerospace sector in the Montreal region.

The person holding the position acts as the main link between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment of solutions and the success of the design, testing and production phases, in a predominantly French-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact between business teams and project teams
• Facilitate and document design workshops and contribute to design deliverables
• Co-write integration test (SIT) and user acceptance (UAT) plans
• Execute test cycles and ensure monitoring and resolution of anomalies
• Support users during the acceptance phase and preparation for deployment
• Provide on-site support during go-live and hypercare period
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment with SAP QM standards
• Prepare deployment documentation and support knowledge transfer to key users
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily scrums, backlog refinement, quality milestones)
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements documentation and workshop facilitation
• Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) module
• Strong experience in testing (SIT and UAT), including planning and defect management
• Experience in agile delivery environment
• Complete professional mastery of French and English, oral and written

Desired skills

• Experience in the aerospace industry or a highly regulated environment
• Participation in large-scale SAP deployments
• Knowledge of compliance, quality or regulatory frameworks
