Role Summary
As a Scrum Master (m/f/d) in ART Kunde and Geno, as a servant leader you will strengthen the teams and promote effective self-organization, clear goals and reliable delivery.
Teaching, coaching and continuous development of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe as well as the Lean Agile Mindset and efficient team dynamics.
You plan, organize and moderate daily, iteration planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure transparency, meaningful reporting and controlling.
Identifying and eliminating impediments within and outside the team, promoting constructive conflict resolution and establishing feedback and reflection.
Close collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches, aligning processes and quality standards and implementing cross-team improvements at ART level.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional and project experience.
- Experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) in the SAFe environment.
- You have experience in further developing, scaling and orchestrating agile software product development processes across development, testing, release and operations.
- You live a clear servant leadership approach, develop teams sustainably, promote constructive collaboration across teams and communicate confidently at team and management level, including active stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
