Sales Assistant Private Customers Insurance Bank Sales (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Customer orientation: You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries, create individual offers, record damage and reliably coordinate appointments for the sales team.

Support: You support the VR partner banks you support in selling insurance for private customers and thus make a significant contribution to their mutual success.

Relationship management: With commitment, you maintain existing customer contacts and strengthen the bond with our sales partners by actively supporting them in market development.

Persuasiveness: In direct customer contact, you inspire people with your appearance and use modern, digital consulting tools to optimally advise and win customers.

Requirements

• Training in the financial services sector, ideally as an insurance specialist
• Clear customer orientation with empathy and expertise
• Strong organizational skills and team player
• Good MS Office skills and digital affinity
