We are looking for a new talent as a Sales Assistant (M/F/D) to strengthen our team in Berlin!

Responsibilities

At the heart of fashion retail you will

• Create a unique customer experience and customer loyalty through authentic and personal customer service;
• Continuous, active and performance-oriented striving to increase sales metrics
• Active implementation of company-internal image and VM standards
• Warehouse organization according to company procedures and policies
• Increasing performance through constant participation in training, store meetings and training courses

Requirements

• A positive mindset and the motivation to see challenges as opportunities
• Passion for fashion, trends and active sales
• Team spirit and initiative – you enjoy working with others, but also take on responsibility
• The belief that sustainable success comes from strong teams and high-quality products
• The desire to build a long-term career in retail and to develop professionally and personally
• You speak German and English fluently – additional language skills are a plus
