Role Summary

The Retail Training Manager France & Europe supports the Retail teams in deploying the House's training priorities. A true operational partner, he/she contributes to the development of the skills of field teams in order to support commercial performance and the excellence of the customer experience.

Reporting to the Retail Excellence department of the House, you will support the deployment of training actions across a European scope of more than 250 points of sale and more than 1,000 employees.

Responsibilities

As such, your missions are as follows

Support for Retail training projects

  • Participate in the deployment of the Retail training plan in line with the brand's business priorities.
  • Collect and report the needs of the field teams to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of training projects on a European scale.
  • Ensure the link with the Training Managers of the different markets and encourage the sharing of best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Group team on training content and deployment topics.
  • Participate in monitoring the training budget and associated indicators.

Design and creation of training content

  • Design and develop training content adapted to Retail challenges (collection, sales ceremony, storytelling, House DNA, Retail tools, etc.).
  • Adapt existing supports and create new modules according to field needs and business priorities.
  • Guarantee educational consistency and the quality of content distributed.
  • Contribute to the evolution of training formats (digital, face-to-face, blended learning).

Deployment and animation of training content

  • Adapt, enrich and update existing training content (collection, sales ceremony, storytelling, House DNA, Retail tools).
  • Support the preparation and deployment of brand conferences during season launches.
  • Organize and lead face-to-face or remote training sessions for Retail teams.
  • Ensure monitoring of participation and effectiveness of training systems.
  • Be a source of proposals to improve the customer experience and meet the operational needs of the teams.

Steering, performance and management

  • Contribute to the design and validation of training objectives linked to business and operational issues.
  • Manage the deployment and delivery of training systems across the entire scope.
  • Monitor performance indicators (participation, completion, satisfaction, field impact) and propose appropriate action plans.
  • Manage and support the Retail Training Assistant in project coordination and operational monitoring of actions.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in the Retail sector and/or similar responsibilities on a European/international scale.
  • You are passionate about fashion, customer service as well as training engineering and you know how to best adapt to different strategic issues, with good priority management.
  • You are proactive, innovative, an educator and know how to create traction and energize training sessions. An affinity with Digital Learning and new training tools is strongly recommended, as well as Project Manager skills.
  • You demonstrate great agility and interpersonal skills to interact with all the key stakeholders of the Brand and the Group.
  • Fluent English essential - mastery of another language is a plus.
