We are looking for a new talent as an Assistant Store Manager (M/F/D) to strengthen our team in Berlin!

Responsibilities

At the heart of fashion retail you will

• Create a unique customer experience and promote sustainable customer loyalty through authentic and personal customer service
• Increase sales metrics through continuous, active and performance-oriented actions
• Professionally implement company-wide image and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure efficient warehouse organization in accordance with internal processes and company guidelines
• Continuously improve your performance through regular participation in training, store meetings and training courses
• Reliably meet annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly goals, taking relevant KPIs into account
• Conduct employee training on product knowledge and customer service and identify further training needs at an early stage

Requirements

• You are communicative, have a positive demeanor and know how to motivate and develop your team with commitment
• You have experience working with KPIs and are confident in using MS Office
• You are passionate about fashion and know the industry and current trends
• You speak German and English fluently – additional language skills are a plus
