Tax specialist (M/F)

Role Summary

Reporting to the French Tax Manager, you will join a team of three dynamic tax specialists focused on collection success. You will work on a wide scope of missions in support of your manager, including:

Current tax management

• Quarterly calculation of the overall tax result and review of individual tax results, in coordination with the accounting and consolidation teams
• Review of tax packages, preparation of declarations relating to transfer pricing, withholding taxes and minimum taxation (Pillar II)
• Management of local taxes, in conjunction with an external firm

Transfer price

Update of transfer pricing documentation, including in particular a review of the transfer pricing policy applied at local level (France)

Reorganizations and exceptional operations

Participation in restructuring reorganizations: transfers of business assets, universal transfer of assets, mergers, partial asset contributions, etc.

Tax audits and litigation

Monitoring of ongoing tax audits and disputes in coordination with our advisors

Internal support and monitoring

Response to occasional questions from subsidiaries on their tax issues (IS, tax result, VAT, CIR, local taxes, etc.)

Monitoring tax regulations and formalizing/communication of news

Drafting of procedures and support in the implementation of new processes.

Requirements

• BAC+5 training in taxation (Master in taxation, DJCE, business school, etc.)
• Minimum experience of 5 years in taxation, ideally in a firm and/or company
• Comfortable with group environments
• Good level of English, written and oral
• Excellent command of Excel and IT tools; knowledge of Microsoft AX and Cegid Tax is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with various people (finance, legal, operational)
• CAPA appreciated
