Role Summary

• Next career step: Supervisor! Coordinate and lead our reservation team in consultation with the department management. You will also take care of the following:
• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options
• Shared responsibility for carrying out internal coaching, cross-training and training new employees in reservations
• Monitoring the forecast to control the budget target
• Supporting the sales and front office teams at peak times

• Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/catering industry/telephone customer service or interest in a career change
• Enjoy developing employees – ideally first management experience
• High quality awareness and service orientation as well as host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Open, communicative demeanor, good manners and good expression in German & English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide cross-departmental support – we achieve our successes together
