Hospitality Agent Reservation (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As a Hospitality Agent Reservation (m/f/d) at The Cloud One Hotels, you are the first personal contact with our guests and make the difference with your appearance: be it when accepting reservations by phone or email, at the reception or by phone at the reception. With The Cloud One Hotels we want to create a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome - as guests and also as employees!

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Processing reservation requests, as well as checking overbookings and options
• Maintaining Sihot and the electronic reservation systems
• Invoice creation and control (debtors and creditors) taking into account the price specifications
• Deposit handling and monitoring of timely payment receipts
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural team

• Training and/or professional experience in the hotel, catering, tourism industry or interest in a career change
• Host qualities with a high level of quality awareness and service orientation
• Open, communicative demeanor and good expression in German and English
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide cross-departmental support
