Role Summary

With your talent you will ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. In addition to looking after the bar and in the One Lounge, you will have the following tasks:

• Ensuring a smooth and fast service process
• Participation in the organization of the bar service and definition of all necessary standards and process plans in consultation with the department management
• Advice and active sales of the Motel One Lounge offer to achieve the sales budget in the One Lounge
• Assist with ordering food, beverages, and liquor for the bar area and conducting end-of-month inventories
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams
