In this role, you will connect with clients who have requested information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop your professional skills and deliver a strong client experience.

Protection Services Associates work with company-provided warm leads, conduct virtual client consultations, identify individual needs through active listening, and explain available protection options in a clear and professional manner. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, learning new skills, and taking ownership of their results.

Responsibilities

• Respond to company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client consultations
• Listen to clients and identify their individual needs
• Educate clients about available insurance solutions
• Answer questions and provide professional customer support
• Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
