Project manager, senior level, specialized in IT (N4)

Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a project manager, senior level, IT specialist with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Responsibilities

Description of work or deliverables

• In the Information Technologies area of intervention: the project manager specializing in information technologies will have to coordinate activities concerning the development of applications and the implementation of solutions. Ensure understanding of project objectives and timelines;
• Identify, in collaboration with project managers, the needs for human, material, financial and informational resources necessary for the proper functioning of the teams;
• Contribute to the production of the Project Organization Manual (MOP), the project report, the overall plan and any other strategic deliverables, in collaboration with project managers;
• Produce the project report and the related sheet;
• Support project managers on strategies for implementing project management and project portfolio management processes, particularly in terms of planning, progress control, budget and overall plan;
• Validate data updates in MS‐Project (RAF, deadlines, timesheet approval, change requests, etc.);
• Plan, direct, control and monitor all project activities;
• Disseminate the directions and decisions taken by the various project committees;
• Plan and participate in project committees (director and monitoring);
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders;
• Produce, validate and ensure monitoring and quality of deliverables under their responsibility;

Take on any other responsibilities of an IT project manager.

Requirements

1. Accumulate at least 12 years of experience in the field of information technology (IT), including eight years as a project manager within multi-delivery, multi-environment, multi-team and multi-technology development teams;
2. Have contributed to two IT projects of a minimum of 5,000 days per project, involving multiple stakeholders from more than one team and for which you have completed at least 200 days per project;
3. Have contributed to two IT projects of a minimum of 6,000 days each, by having coordinated the monitoring of planning and having carried out activities related to the progress of the project, budget, resources and project records. Have completed a minimum of 250 days per project;
4. Accumulate at least two years of experience in entering and monitoring a schedule with the MS‐Project tool.

Valued expectations (assets)

1. Accumulate at least three years of experience with a development methodology such as Macroscope, P+, Green Guide, DID or GPS.

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
