Project Manager Innovation & Venture Development (m/f/d)

Role Summary

You manage our projects from the initial ideas to prototypes and support them in turning them into marketable products.

You validate initial business models through active discussions with potential partners and customers.

You will help us build new business areas and scale existing ones.

You conduct competitive analyzes and identify market trends and best practices.

You independently create convincing pitch decks and business cases for customers and top management.

You work closely with our customers from industry and medium-sized businesses as well as with our tech partners.

You create reports and interim statuses for our projects and keep an eye on the most important KPIs.

You carry out and evaluate market-related analyzes of business models and market sizes in the tech environment.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree (economics, business informatics, computer science, mathematics or a comparable MINT subject).
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in an innovative professional environment - startups, venture capitals or management consultancies.
• You have a passion for entrepreneurship and strive for personal and professional development.
• You feel confident when dealing with internal and external stakeholders – right up to top management.
• You have an affinity for technical business models, preferably with reference to AI.
• You are characterized by independent and structured work as well as a high level of initiative.
• An analytical and problem-solving approach is one of your strengths.
• Your communication and organizational skills as well as your time management are outstanding.
