Role Summary

This is a remote position.

TEHORA is currently looking for a pilot - EPM, MS Project and Power BI with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use their skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Responsibilities

Description of work or deliverables

Add new features to the project management solution, new reports for the Lexius program, project portfolio, finances and contract management;
Implement tools or procedures for the project management solution, steering, as well as the reconciliation of project plans;
Manage user accounts of the project management solution in compliance with the law on access, the security policy, the access directive, the control procedure and the intervention guide;
Provide advisory support to users of the project management solution;
Participate in the documentation of user guides, training materials, architecture and procedures for using the project management solution;
Ensure monitoring and periodic checks of the proper functioning of the solution and the quality of the data;
Train and transfer knowledge to the drivers responsible for the EPM, MS Project and Power BI solution in understanding the project management system;
Ensure the monitoring and resolution of application installation issues in order to guarantee the continuity of operations and document them;
Make the necessary corrections to the data to ensure the quality and consistency of information in the different project management systems;
Accompany and support the pilot team in processing requests for information, monitoring or reporting of its operational and project activities using the project management solution (MS Project and Power BI reports);
Carry out development and testing for required reports with Power BI;
Identify, correct and document incidents and problems occurring in Power BI reports.

Requirements

Have a minimum of eight years of professional experience in information technology, including four years of experience in systems management.

WORKPLACE

The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
