#Vempra Omie

At Omie, we are transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses manage their businesses and access financial services.

As a Full Credit Analyst, focusing on Strategy and Policies, you will be responsible for the strategies that guide our automated credit decisions.

In this position, you will not perform manual balance sheet analysis on a case-by-case basis. Development of Credit Policies: Create, test and implement rules, decision matrices and credit policies aimed at the origination and management of Corporate Credit Card limits and Advance Receivables.

Statistical Analysis and Data Analytics: Carry out analytical studies on the customer base to identify behavior patterns, predict default (Default) and propose optimizations in current scoring models.

Design of Strategies by Product: Design specific rules balancing risk and commercial leverage according to the nature of each product:

Focus on Credit Cards: Revolving limits, analysis of the company's debt capacity, spending behavior and proactive limit increase/reduction rules.

Focus on Duplicate Discounting: Drawee and transferor risk, securities settlement behavior, portfolio concentration analysis and discount/repurchase rates.

Harvest Monitoring (Vintage Analysis): Monitor risk indicators (FPD, SPD, NPL) by channel, product and score range, ensuring that the portfolio is operating within the approved risk appetite.

A/B and Champion/Challenger Tests: Design and monitor controlled credit policy experiments to test new variables or flexibilities before massive implementation.

Strategic Partnership: Translate complex statistical analyzes into practical business recommendations for the Product, Data Engineering and Commercial teams.

Complete Higher Education (Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or strongly quantitative areas).

Consolidated experience with credit strategies, policies or analytics for the Legal Entity (PJ) segment.
