Role Summary
In your role, you work in direct proximity to the board of directors and managers and shape central control, transformation and future topics in the Composite department.
You are responsible for regulatory or transformative specialist topics and projects that match your strengths, manage them transversally, bring relevant areas together and lead complex topics to decisions and results in a structured manner.
You analyze complex issues, prepare management decisions and advise managers at eye level. You will recognize connections, ask critical questions and develop clear options for action.
In workshops and change processes, you bring together different perspectives, moderate solution finding and translate change goals into concrete steps.
You create cross-departmental commitment and ensure that decisions are implemented. You keep an eye on the entire company and further develop the department technically and organizationally with a knack for change management.
Requirements
You have completed a degree, e.g. B. in economics, social or communication sciences, security/risk management, (business) information technology or a comparable field, as well as initial to several years of experience in a management, project, analysis or consulting role, ideally in the insurance or finance industry.
- You have very good analytical skills, quick comprehension and networked thinking and can structure complex issues, recognize connections and derive clear recommendations for action.
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and develop, solid professionalism and the joy of independently familiarizing yourself with new topics and developing them further.
- With your conceptual strength and your awareness of quality, you prepare complex content in a way that is suitable for the target audience and have a good understanding of strategic relationships and their impact on departmental and company goals.
- You have experience in working on or managing projects and can coordinate specialist topics across departments, set priorities and track progress transparently.
You are characterized by very good communication and moderation skills as well as a confident demeanor towards different stakeholders and management levels. You connect people, create commitment even without formal authority to give instructions and address different perspectives and tensions constructively.
You enjoy actively shaping changes, taking on responsibility and developing yourself further towards greater control and leadership responsibility.
