Responsibilities

• SSV and Cluster Optimization: Perform SSV and cluster optimization on LTE, VoLTE and 5G using OSS and KPIs from field tests.
• Analyze mobility coverage, quality, and performance to ensure compliance with design and performance goals.
• KPI Optimization and Parameter Tuning: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (e.g. accessibility, retention, throughput).
• Adjust parameters and propose new features to improve network performance.
• Conduct the process to obtain final acceptance certificates from customers or regulatory bodies.
• Parameter Audits: Perform RAN parameter audits at the LTE and 5G layers.
• Ensure consistency with network design guidelines and vendor recommendations.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of LTE, VoLTE and 5G NR technologies and architecture.

• Proficiency in OSS tools, field testing tools and post-processing tools.
• Strong understanding of RAN KPIs and their impact on user experience.
• Ability to identify the root causes of performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
• Experience in tuning parameters and activating features to improve performance.
• Experience in carrying out parameter audits and ensuring compliance with network standards.
• Ability to generate detailed reports and present findings to interested parties.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple optimization tasks simultaneously.
• Detail orientation and proactive approach to problem solving.

Training and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field.
