Role Summary
This is a remote position.
TEHORA is currently looking for a level III change management specialist with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their skills within a versatile team.
Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.
Description of work or deliverables
- Carry out a diagnosis of the change (state of the situation and preparation for change);
- Identify and analyze project stakeholders;
- Collect and analyze stakeholder concerns;
- Write the change management strategy, including the change management plan, the communication plan and the training plan;
- Evaluate the impacts of change on the organization, processes and personnel;
- Write key messages and other communication elements;
- Lead workshops related to change management and project objectives;
- Coach project team resources or stakeholders;
- Document and disseminate classroom or online training elements.
Requirements
- Have an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in geomatics, computer science, appropriate engineering or administration with an organizational information system option or in a relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education or the equivalent;
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in the fields of intervention specified in the intervention request.
WORKPLACE
The place of work will be determined according to the mandate, it can be teleworking or at the client's site.
