Role Summary
Your main task will be to monitor on-time deliveries, work with carriers to improve the quality of services and solve current operational challenges.
The role combines analytical and operational work - you will analyze data, hold carriers accountable for quality and costs, and at the same time actively cooperate with the headquarters, operational departments and sales. Thanks to this, your actions will have a direct impact on transport efficiency and the experience of our customers.
This position is for a person who can combine analytical thinking with a practical approach to logistics - and wants to develop in an international organization where logistics is a key element of business success.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the implementation of transport orders in the B2B industry in the CEE region
- Cooperation with logistics partners in terms of service quality, on-time delivery, escalation of delays and recovery plans
- Analysis and settlement of transport contracts
- Searching, analyzing and implementing new transport improvements in selected markets
- Close cooperation with the headquarters, sales and operations departments, including handling notifications and inquiries regarding transport
Requirements
- Professional experience in the area of logistics, transport, supply chain and/or education related to logistics and willingness to develop in this area
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level - enabling participation in meetings and conversations with foreign partners
- Knowledge of spreadsheets at a level enabling analysis and presentation of data, including the use of pivot tables
- Ability to independently solve problems and analytical approach to work
- Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- Communication and attitude towards cooperation in an international environment
