Role Summary

As a Technical Administration Leader, you are responsible for maintaining facilities in full efficiency and functionality in accordance with maintenance plans and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for reducing the costs of repairs, maintenance of infrastructure and building installations.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Management and development of the subordinate team
• Responsibility for the overall maintenance of buildings and installations
• Cooperation with other departments of the distribution center
• Management and control of maintenance costs
• Acting in accordance with our JYSK values: Merchant, Colleague, Spirit of the Company

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Minimum secondary technical education
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English, both in writing and speaking
• Possession of SEP E1 - E3 and D1-D3 qualifications in operation and supervision
• Experience in management, maintenance and technical maintenance of industrial facilities
• Experience in cooperation with companies and external institutions in the field of: insurance, repairs, inspections, Office of Technical Inspection
• Negotiation skills
• Competence in managing projects and investments
• A team-oriented management style that combines managerial consistency with active support for employee development
• A positive attitude towards changes and the ability to quickly adapt
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with JYSK Leadership
